FreedomCall offers businesses and individuals around the world the opportunity to start their own telecom business without the need to make big financial investments in assets or resources. FreedomCall's Wholesale Resellers don't have to invest heavily in equipment and software or follow lengthy processes being scrutinised by carriers and having to make substantial deposits with them. All it takes to start a new business is to make an initial prepayment of 1,000 GBP which will be your opening credit for traffic usage. Within a few business days your Reseller account will be active and you can start offering services to your customers.

SERVICES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO WHOLESALE RESELLERS:

Please note that all of the services listed below can be accessed by Wholesale Resellers' customers using a single account number / PIN.

1. Toll Free or local Number Direct Dial.

This service is available in the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, and United States of America

2. Callback with dedicated trigger number.

This service is available in any county worldwide. Each account is assigned its own dedicated trigger number in the UK. The customer’s callback number is entered on the system by the Reseller as part of the account set-up process.

3. CLI Callback.

This service is available in the countries where the local telephone networks pass the CLI (Caller Line Identification), that is, the local PTT do not suppress the phone number from which the trigger number has been dialled. This feature is useful to people travelling as it enables the use of an existing account from different originating numbers.

4. VoIP Direct Dial.

This service is available virtually in any country where high speed internet access is accessible. Using VoIP Gateway the Reseller will completely eliminate the originating cost and will pay FreedomCall only for completed termination.

The Reseller will need the following:

• A VoIP gateway or use an existing one.
• High speed internet access

5. PC-to-Phone.

With this service customers will be able to place international calls using their PCs connected to internet (dial up or dedicated). Using VoIP Gateway the Reseller will completely eliminate the originating cost and will pay FreedomCall only for completed termination. To use this kind of service the Reseller will have to place a link at a web site for downloading the Softphone for his customers or to provide the Softphone software to customers. Please note that while the origination of the calls will be made using VoIP, the termination of the calls will still be made via FreedomCall's regular TDM circuits which will ensure a good connection quality.

6. SMS Requested Callback

The Reseller’s customers text message the number they wish to be called back on to a GSM Gateway. Within a few seconds the callback is placed.

A web based Management Interface with which Wholesale Resellers will:

• Set their own rates for their customers.
• Create different rate plans with different billing increment (rounding to seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute etc.), connection and disconnection charges and other parameters. Billing can be performed in a local currency.
• Maintain account balances
• Configure post paid or prepaid billing types for the customers
• Record own voice greetings and messagesM
• Display the call history and any errors for each account
