FreedomCall Residential is a Carrier Pre Selection service, this is part of the ongoing process of introducing competition to the UK telecommunications market and allows customers to route their calls to alternative operators from the local BT exchange.

FreedomCall Residential comes in three packages aimed at offering flexibilty for all users. There is a Pay-Per-Call package and two call inclusive packages designed for the daytime caller and one for the international caller.

Existing Customers: Introduce a friend and receive a £5.00 credit to your account; just tell them to enter your account number in the Promotion Code box, your credit will appear on the bill in the month following their sign up.

FreedomCall ADSL2+

FreedomCall is dedicated to bringing you a good value, high quality, High Speed Broadband service. Utilising the latest ADSL2+ technology you can experience downstream speeds of up to 24Mbps depending on your distance from the local exchange. In reality you can expect to double the line speed you receive from standard ADSL. ADSL2+ also frees you from the 7:00 pm "bottleneck" when the lines get overcrowded because the original ADSL services were oversold.

FreedomCall Mobile

FreedomCall Mobile is designed for people that make international calls. By routing all international calls through our Dockland based switches we are able to deliver competitively priced international calls direct from a mobile.

Finally, we send out all bills and call statements by email and ask that you, generally, ask us any questions by email. To keep our call rates and packages competitive we do not operate expensive customer care call centres (in our experience these are designed to shield the provider from the customer) and will deal with your emails promptly and efficiently.
